Food and wine event helps eadt Hospice Appeal
Anglia Kitchens, manufactures of bespoke interiors, raised over £500 for St Elizabeth Hospice last weekend at a special food and wine event at their Martlesham Heath Showrooms.
The fundraiser was a great success and was supported by past and present clients of the company. Claire Barr of Anglia Kitchens commented: 'It was a really lovely event, Alison Mott from the hospice worked extremely hard to produce some of the lovely recipes from Guy De Moubrays 'Dinner at Eighty' recipe book. Guy also donated money from his book signings and Shawsgate Wine of Framlingham served some superb local wine, including the special edition Hospice Rose, which they are also donating money to the Hospice from any sales.' A raffle also took place with a £1000 Smeg Indoor Garden as the first prize.
Patsy Johnson, fundraising manager at St Elizabeth Hospice said: 'My sincere thanks to Claire and the team at Anglia Kitchens for staging this event for us. As well as raising much needed funds it was also extremely enjoyable.
