Testimonials

Mr. & Mrs. B.
Dear Dan and Team,
We just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the hard work you and your team put into our new kitchen and also to say how happy we are with the finished product. We were particularly pleased with the inventiveness of your design and the quality of the workmanship. Please also pass our thanks on to Matthew who made sure that the disruption to our lives was kept to a minimum. We would have no hesitation in recommending your firm in the future and have no objection to you showing this letter to prospective customers.
Mrs. S.
Dear Daniel,
Thank you all. The kitchen & bathroom you put in for us. It is amazing what you manages to fit into such a small kitchen. We are thrilled with both the kitchen and bathroom and you couldn't have done better. Word is getting around and people are asking us for a tour around the flat!. Very many thanks to you all.
Mr. J.
In 1990 your company installed a fitted kitchen at the above address. I was most impressed with the flexibility you demonstrated in meeting our particular requirements (fitting in equipment we already had, making special units to order), and in the quality of the workmanship. This year, I had occasion to call upon the guarantee that came with the kitchen, and you went to a considerable amount of time and trouble to remedy the problem to my satisfaction. Richard, one of your craftsmen, was particularly helpful. In my former occupation, I dealt with many suppliers, and learned the importance of seeking quality and after-sales service rather than just looking at the purchase price. Anglia Factors exemplifies those characteristics, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone contemplating a purchase. Thank you once again for your excellent service.
Mr. & Mrs. C.
We thank you very much for the excellent designed and fitted kitchen, we are very impressed by how smoothly the whole contract went. I am getting on very well with induction hob and combination oven, the main oven is very similar to my previous one, I managed Christmas lunch very well. Thanks again and Happy and Successful New Year to all you.
Mr. Z.
Dear Daniel,
Just a short note to thank you for designing our wonderful kitchen, and would appreciate it if you could pass on our sincere thanks to all those involved. Never in our wildest dreams, did we imagine our kitchen could look so spectacular; we are now the envy of many. We will certainly never have any hesitation in recommending Anglia Factors in the future. The whole process went through so smoothly, no hitches, and the end results is just amazing, which we know is largely due to our marvelous fitter Robin, who was a true professional. Thank you again.
Ms. N.
Dear Daniel,
Now that our new kitchen is finished, I would like to express how delighted we have been with the professionalism of your staff (especially the fitter). We did have some slight problems (beyond you control) but these have been overcome to our complete satisfaction. Your advice about the tiles was spot on - we should have listened to you at the beginning! Many thanks for a first class job - it's a pleasure to be in the kitchen now. We would have no hesitation in recommending Anglia Factors, and in fact have already done so.
Mr. A.

"Stunning" (Our parents)

Thank you!!!
Mr. & Mrs. P.
Dear Daniel,
We are writing to say how pleased we are with our new kitchen. A full two months have passed since completing of work in August, and we continue to be impressed on a daily basis by the quality the workmanship and the lack of any teething problems. The design works well and your suggested improvements to our original requirement are definite plus point. The patience shown by you and your team when we charged our mind and added bits in, was commendable and demonstrates the flexibility of Anglia Factors as a company. Finally, we would like to say how friendly and professional we found the fitting team and would hesitate in recommending your company to others. Many thanks.
