Local business Anglia Kitchens has been awarded with the recognition of the Investors in People Standard.

Clair Barr, HR Manager said: ‘Many companies struggle to achieve recognition of the standard as it is such a rigorous process. We are delighted that we have proved our company has the correct processes in place to deliver continuous businesses improvement through our people.’ She added: ‘We believe now as a company that we will gain more from our staff in support of our own business goals, as the Investors in People Standard has long been acknowledged as a business improvement tool. We have been working extremely hard to furnish our people with the right knowledge and skills enabling them to achieve personal success, which in turn will contribute to the overall success of the business.’
