NEFF COOLDELUXE: THE EXTRA EFFICIENT PREMIUM CLASS

All Neff appliances represent solutions that deliver clear, practical improvements and set industry standards for usability and saving resources. CoolDeluxe, the new generation of Neff built-in refrigeration appliances is a good example of this. The five new models (2 fridges, 2 freezers and one combination fridge freezer) demonstrate the company’s quest for perfection in three areas: convenience, optimal use of space and energy efficiency, while continuing to impress with their unconventionality and flexibility.

MORE SPACE = MORE FREEDOM

The heart of the CoolDeluxe series is the clever compressor unit solution. The state-of-the-art variable-output compressor, as well as the condenser and ventilation technology, is no longer mounted on the back of the appliance; instead they have all been neatly integrated into the base, resulting in a lot more internal space. The bottom drawer is usable to its full depth, providing up to 95% more volume than previously; that’s the equivalent of up to 16 one-litre milk cartons. With CoolDeluxe, Neff is setting new industry benchmarks in terms of capacity. This innovative technology also opens up new possibilities for kitchen planning. Now attractive high cabinet solutions can also be implemented at eye level to render the refrigerator completely invisible, because there is no longer any need for an unsightly ventilation grill on top of the housing unit.

PREMIUM FEATURES COME AS STANDARD

With CoolDeluxe, Neff’s premium features of VitaFresh and Frost Free both come as standard. All three CoolDeluxe fridges possess VitaFresh technology in special compartments in which the temperature is reduced to near freezing. A VitaFresh drawer with up to 95% humidity helps vegetables, greens and sensitive fruits retain their moisture content – and their crisp freshness – up to three times longer than in a conventional refrigerator. A somewhat drier, 0°C zone with approximately 50% humidity accommodates meat, fish, cold cuts and cheese. Meanwhile, the AirFresh filter effectively eliminates odours in the VitaFresh zone. All the new freezer compartments also have Frost Free technology, which eliminates ice crystals and the tiresome chore of thawing. In their place are lasting freshness and constant efficient operation that earns these appliances an A++ rating. Incidentally, the double-plus means that these appliances consume an astonishing 45 percent less energy than those in energy efficiency class A.

INTERIOR DESIGN WITH INNOVATIVE FEATURES

CoolDeluxe enhances interior design with innovative features such as transparent drawers on telescopic rails, deep door racks, variable compartments and the 26-litre BigBox in the freezer. And only Neff offers the SlideAway butter compartment. Requiring only one hand, the compartment door slides easily into the area underneath for unobstructed access, just like the legendary oven mechanism – just one little detail that brings Neff’s user-oriented philosophy to life. Another highlight is the modern multitray bottle rack that lets you store either bottles or eggs in the interior, instead of in the door. Just turn it to the side you want – and that’s it!

FUNCTION EQUALS CONVENIENCE

Where does function end and convenience begin? At Neff, the two go hand in hand. Take, for instance, the new door damper integrated into the flat hinge. It not only closes easily, securely and almost silently, but it also closes automatically when left open at an angle of 20° or less. Or the glass shelves and flexible door racks that are fully adjustable with just one hand, meaning that they are not only extremely easy to use, but also provide maximum flexibility. The same goes for the lighting concept: fully integrated into the side walls, long-lasting, efficient, ultra-bright LEDs bathe the interior – including the bottom shelves and the VitaFresh zone – in a uniform, glare-free light. It’s better for your eyes, as well as helping you keep track of your refrigerator contents. That’s what deluxe cool from Neff is all about!
